About the Author

Salvatore Calabrese is the winner of The Campari Bartender of the Year award, as well as the Lea & Perrins International Healthy Cocktails Competition; he is holder of the Chevalerie du Verre Galant, Chevalier l''Ordre des Côteaux de Champagne, and Vice President of the UK Bartender''s Guild. Recently, Calabrese, in partnership with Robert Earl, launched a new bar called Mixology 101 at The Grove, just east of Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.
