Rated 4 out of 5 by from Inspiring The book was a quick read (my favourite chapter is #9 - talk about brevity!) and overall I found it inspiring. I could feel my heart rate increase with the pace of his prose and the obvious passion he has for the subject matter. Pros * Recommends a systematic formula for creating a personal brand and leveraging social media. * Suggests tools that one might not have thought of (without information overload) and explains why they're valuable. (Speaking of which, time to sign up for ping.fm.) He also suggests some business ideas at the end of the book which, if you have the passion, have plausible potential.* * As I mentioned, it's a quick, inspiring read. Cons * Albeit not within the scope of the book, the starting point assumes you've already identified your passion. He might have recommended some thought starters like Pam Slim's Escape from Cubicle Nation or Chris Guillebeau's Art of Non-Conformity. * I have decided to follow Gary on Twitter; however, I don't really understand why his followers have the patience to wade through endless messages to @soandso. Don't people want real content? More analysis of Twitter techniques might have helped.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A must I was hesitant to buy this one thinking it would be a buzz book with poor content. I had no clue who Gary Vaynerchuk was; for all I knew he could be just a guy that pretends to be successful like I’ve seen so many times on the web (no offense). But after reading the first two pages I decided to give it a try. I liked this guy Gary’s writing style. Quite frankly, this book was enlightening – a must read for anyone that wants to push further, much further, in life, and have a blast throughout.
