Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A True Dreamer's Dictionary I'm one of the people who dream avidly and can remember my dreams upon waking. I've had this book for a long time and even though it's falling apart, I refer to it regularly and I'm going to buy a new one soon. I've only owned one other book and look up other references online but in my opinion, I think this book is the most accurate. The only comparable one I've found is the interpretations from Gustavus Miller but I still l prefer this book over him. I've also found that some online dream dictionary websites plagiarize this book often. Remember, these are just interpretations and dreams have different meanings to different people. Sometimes you have to be creative and find another word similar to what you are looking for as not all meanings are in this dictionary. (Like "tornado" might be under "twister".) You should also make sure to read the beginning of the book as to clarify some confusion when it comes to physically sleeping. Some people may have more powerful or predictive dreams or even may have some small but heightened psychic extrasensory perceptions so really, it's up to you to decide if this book is for you. I find that it's close enough for me and usually comes to pass two or three days later. I may not even refer to the book right away but after an "incident" may have passed, I go back, look at the book and I'm NOT surprised to find that the book was pretty accurate. You can interpret your own dreams as well by writing them down and you'll eventually find the same dream having the same meaning to you each time. I love this book and I've brought my sister her own copy as well. I highly recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the dreamers dictionary am happy to be able to replace my original book that is in a much used state. i keep refering back to this true dictionary, as many of the others either do not list the key words, or do not give enough detailed information. this is the best source i have found, including the ones on the internet. my book is in pretty sad shape as i have had it for a long time, used it often and have had friends who know i have this book borrow it or phone me to look up their dreams. it gives enough information to help you interpet your dreams. it has never been a disappointment yet and sometimes lots of fun. i was almost in a panic when i thought i had lost it and since i brought it in to the office for a co-worker got the idea to go online and order and new one (and of course keep my old one as a back-up) hope you enjoy using this as much as i have..happy and prospeous dreams!
