From Our Editors

Life on the fictional Partridge Crop Reserve is never dull. With stolen welfare cheques, a chief who fled to Las Vegas and a movement among the people to unilaterally declare self-government, the fictional First Nations tribe who live here must find some way to seize control over their individual destinies. FareWel uses humour to expose the heartbreaks and growing disillusionment of a group of ordinary people living in a strange time.
