About the Author

Krishna Jamal is the executive chef at VancouverÕs Rubina Tandoori, one of

Canada's best Indian restaurants. In May 2002 she opened a second outlet in

Vancouver, Rubina Grill, in the Granville Island food court. Since 1992 she has

been creating special dishes that have attracted attention and rave reviews across

North America. She lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
