About the Author

EMMANUEL HADJIANDREOU is originally from South Africa, but learnt his craft in a German bakery. In the UK he has worked for Gordon Ramsay, Flour Power City Bakery, Daylesford Organic and Judges Bakery in Hastings, where he lives. He currently teaches at The School of Artisan Food on the Welbeck Estate in Nottinghamshire. His sourdough bread, stollen and other breads have won him several awards. This is his first book.
