Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Wonderful Story This book is so much fun! It is just a light, fun read and I would definitely recommend it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Utterly Charming This is a fun read. The characters are loveable and charming, and some of the scenes in the story had me laughing. Elizabeth had never anticipated that the book that she so dreadfully hated had lead her to snare up her own Marquis. I would definitely recommend this book for someone who is looking for a fun, light hearted romance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best! Julia Quinn shows us why she is one of today's best historical romance authors! This novel starts off amazingly and ends on the same note. The story begins with an aunt who is in need of her nephew's help to stop a blackmailer. Her nephew, James, comes to her rescue and suspects her helper, Elizabeth, is the culprit. Little do they know that fate is working to get them together. Throughout the book there is romance, comedy and mystery, the combination of which brings to readers a great book.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How to Marry a Marquis This is one of those books that makes you laugh out loud while reading on the bus. An orphan, Elizabeth Hotchkiss has worked hard to keep her family together. The money is running out, and she decides that she must marry for the sake of her siblings. Lizzie conveniently finds a book about marrying a marquis. The Marquis of Riverdale, a former spy and undercover as an estate manager, decides to help her find a husband. Sparks fly, and this Regency version of The Rules works better than either of them expect.
