I'll admit it - I grabbed the first 3GS manual I saw on the shelf, but it turned out to be the right one. This book was perfect for a user like me - it gives the basics in a language that makes sense, and in a really fun and friendly tone. I don't have a mac but I am familiar with touch screen, which is kind of the level the book expects you to be at. I would recommend this book to any person familiar with most popular and basic kinds of technology - email, texting, downloading music, etc.
