Carl G. Schott, Ph.D. has successfully navigated three career changes over the past 30 years. Driven at an early age to intellectual pursuits, he completed a Ph.D. degree at the University of Notre Dame. In 1992, Carl and his wife moved to Pennsylvania to launch a Pharmaceutical Sales Career. Within three years, he was G.D. Searle’s national “Rep of the Year” and soon moved back into management. Ultimately, Carl became a recruiter and has successfully placed over 850 representatives successfully in Pharmaceutical Sales and Management positions. In today’s economy of uncertainty and career dislocation, Carl has become even more passionate about helping people navigate their own career changes. This workbook is part of that commitment.
