Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was happy. The book I bought came on time and I was happy. I do like to shop in my local Indigo more than on line, I find it helpful when I am unable to get out. I do have one complaint. I find checking out to be difficult a times because the clicks sometimes do not always lead you to checkout. I have given up at times and either bought the books in store or have had to go to other sites. I much prefer to use indigo as I really like the Bay Bloor store as well as the company. Rated 3 out of 5 by from a bit of a re-run I'm a huge Ina fan. I do have all but one of her cookbooks and I use them frequently. The recipes work and I often get plenty of compliments on the food. I do however feel like there are quite a few repeats in the last couple of books. There may be a twist added but not enough to keep buying the books. This makes me sad as I love Ina!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Book As expected, the food photography is spectacular in this cookbook. If you are looking for make ahead freezer recipes, you will be disappointed. However, there are many good tips for "making ahead' when entertaining. I've made the overnight Belgian Waffles which are a make ahead and very good. I also made the French Chicken Pot Pie....YUM....except I used left over roast pork. I will be trying the Easy Coquilles Saint Jacques sometime during the Christmas season. I have made the make ahead goat cheese mashed potatoes...except I used cream cheese instead, because I do not like goat cheese. Excellent. And I did do it as a make ahead one day before company came. I also froze the leftovers. We will see how they do reheated. If you are an Ina fan, you will like this cookbook.
