Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty Power, Picture Perfect. Bought this bought a few months ago and have yet to finish it. It is just so appealing to look at that I am taking my sweet, sweet time to finish it. That being said, holds an army worth of timeless beauty information for every shade, age and face. Kevyn Aucoin's friendliness transcends in every page and tip. Many beauty books out there, same information. Would recommend for every woman as he truly is the master of beautification (inner and outer).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best make-up book every!!! I've been a big fan of Mr. Aucoin for the longest time, and this book epitomizes why he is one of the greatest artists out there. The book is perfect for beginners to the experts in the filed. It outlines everything you need to know about makeup, from highlighting and contouring, foundations and concealers, to even steps on how to look do extreme looks like a drag queen:) Worth every penny. I've read most of the makeup books out there, and this one is THE BEST!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inspiration This book by Kevin Aucoin is beautiful, let me tell you why. As I was making my way into Chapters as me and my boyfriend usually do, I came across Making Faces. I picked it up and sat down. I looked at every page and was amazed! The art and transformations was outstanding! I love make-up and he knows how to use it. Now I am waiting for the approval for my esthetics course so I can enhance the beauty of people, just like Kevin did with this book. I love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Making Faces Review I have read this book and think it is great for all women out there with a pile of different shades of make-up in their bathroom drawers with no real idea of how to use them properly. I learned about mistakes I had been making for years, and have now corrected them and get quite regular compliments on my make-up. I would recommend this book to any woman in need of a self-make-over! Enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Making Faces and Making Progress Ever wanted to spruce up your make-up for an evening out with your friends or significant other? I did. Unfortunately, I was not sure where to begin, what products to get and how to apply my make-up to achieve a look I wanted, until now. Kevyn is a true artist and will surprise and amaze you at the truly magnificent ways he makes up his models to glorify them. He truly flatters people by the way he brings out the most beautiful features in his models. The best thing is that he chose models ranging from his sisters, movie stars, rock stars and others that have had a truly hard life, or tell an inspirational story. The books even tells you what make up to get, the colours, the utensils to use, and then shows you step by step how to apply the make-up to achieve that look, regardless of your tones or eye shape. He literally shows you all his secrets and makes you an expert within your own bathroom.
