Rated 5 out of 5 by from great book This is a great book!! I'm not a cook in any sense of the word, but found the instructiosn easy to follow and the food - even if I cooked it - delicious. If I had to subsitute ingrediant, the food always tastes great. Can't say enuff about this book. It should be everyone's starter book for cooking mediteranian or even just cooking!
