Bookclub Guide

Niagara Cooks, from farm to table is more than a cookbook, it has become a local food activity as many of the readers are taking their cookbooks with them into the countryside using the book as an introduction to meeting farmers, winemakers, and artisans learning more stories to share at the dinner table with family and friends.  A number of readers have started to collect grower autographs from the stories and are creating a unique and memorial keepsake of Niagara.
