Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Pain, No Gain Training Journal This is the best training log I have seen out so far. It provides clear, concise columns for exercises, rep, sets and comments section at the bottom of each page. Plus it has muscle anatomy charts, heart rate charts, notes, goals, motivating pics etc.. Its small and compact and will log close to a years worth of workouts avg 3-4 a week. Great for tracking your progressing. Anyone serious about their training will greatly benefit from this training log book. I am half way through my second one, and its great to look back and see the weights I was using a year ago.
