About the Author

Andrew Sprague is the food and restaurant writer for the Buzz in Charlottetown. He''s been a freelance writer and broadcaster for ten years and he is a founding member of the Prince Edward Island-based comedy group Sketch 22. Wayne Barrett and Anne MacKay are professional photographers who have been widely published in over thirty books and in several national magazines.
