Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Book This is an amazing book with a thorough look at the history and philosophy of Taekwondo. The book has excellent descriptions of the techniques as well as detailed diagrams. It also includes a section about Poomse (forms). A great read, and I would recommend it to every martial arts enthusiest.
