Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very, very explicit! I read this book as intro to my affection to tea. I learned so much - it is like a beginners book at first but the more you read, the more proficient you get. I've read other tea books too but this is by far the most detailed one. The fact that it is recent is very important too because it also talks about the modern boom and changes in the tea world. Towards the end you can find the caffeine and antioxidant contents of some popular teas. If you are serious about your tea, this is the book to have!
