Pamela Compart, M.D. and Dana Laake, R.D.H., M.S., L.D.N. are the authors of The Kid-Friendly ADHD and Autism Cookbook.

Dr. Compart is a developmental pediatrician who combines traditional and complementary medicine approaches to treat autism and other behavioral and developmental disorders. She is also the director of HeartLight Healing Arts (http://www.heartlighthealingarts.com), a multi-disciplinary integrated holistic health care practice, providing services for children, adults, and families. She resides in Columbia, MD.

Dana Laake is a licensed nutritionist who provides preventative and therapeutic medical nutrition services.
