ONE BE YOUR OWN HEALTH GURU “Doctor, don’t let my son die,” a frantic man with a little boy in his arms said to me as he ran into the ER. He laid the boy down on a gurney. “Please save him!” I noted that his son was blue and barely breathing. It was midnight on my first shift as a full-fledged emergency room doctor. Travis Stork, MD is a physician and television personality, best known for appearing on The Bachelor, and as host of the talk show, The Doctors. Stork graduated magna cum laude from Duke University, and earned his M.D. from the University of Virginia. He completed his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
