Rated 5 out of 5 by from Creates Better Habits I did the diet religiously in January for 1 simple month; I lost 15lbs, and two weeks after that I was down 20lbs. I was going to take a break and get back on and then came the birthdays and baby showers and engagement parties and then it was spring and summer and I didn't follow as i should have and grained back lbs. BUT as the summer approached I stipulated the habits of the diet; while still have my weekend fun and i am now down 28 lbs since the beginning of the year. My PERSONAL experience this was much easier for me to do during the colder months and I am not at my weight goal so come October I will get back on it strictly (meaning no refined sugars and no alcohol) You'll also be amazed at how much money you save from not eating out as often! Enjoy the compliments you receive as you progress BUT don't let it trick you into thinking you can cheat! Keep up the work you'll get results and it's really not that hard!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from working for me my friends are on this diet and they lost 30 lbs each, while i was visiting for a few days i ate like they did and when i had gotten home had lost 3 lbs. i am actually only on week 2' right now, but love love it. will keep on till lose my goal weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous! I'm just finishing my fourth week and absolutely had no problems following this program. Lost 16lbs overall so far and INCHES from all over my body - have lost two dress sizes and feel FABULOUS. Why not eat like nature intended us too? Makes you realize how much junk we do ingest eating processed and convenient foods. I used many of Haylie's recipes from this book but played with others and adapted some of my existing recipes to fit the phase I was in. Stick with it, do the 28 days and get all the benefits of a "clean" body. I'm going to continue for a few more weeks to continue until my weight loss goals are met and I look as fabulous as I feel. Thanks Haylie!
