Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good I've read the first three books of what I beleive will be a set of four. I loved these books, even though I don't usually like this sort of thing. Looking forward to reading the fourth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sisterhood of The Travelling Pants Review! Wow! That's all I have to say. Wow. These books are written by a true author. Ann Brashares knows how to write books. These books are great for young teens growing up. These books don't even seem like fiction. These girls are going through what every teen girl goes through. I definitely recommend these books!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing. I've read each of these books at least 3 times. The first time I read the first book was when I was ten years old, and it was appropriate for me, and now, years later, I still love each book. You can relate to all of the characters, and when you can't, you wish you could, because of all of the amazing things that they do. Read it, you'll love it.

About the Author

Author Ann Brashares grew up in Chevy Chase, Maryland and graduated from the Sidwell Friends School in 1985. She met her husband while studying philosophy at Barnard College, which is part of Columbia University, in New York City. She worked as an editor in the hopes of saving money for graduate school, but she enjoyed her job so much that she continued to do it until she became a full-time author with her first novel, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Since then, she has written three more novels in the popular series as well as her first novel for adults entitled The Last Summer (of You and Me). In 2005, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants was adapted into a movie. She currently lives with her husband and their three children in New York City.
