Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delicious! This book has so many delicious smoothies for all sorts of different ailments and bodily issues. I have tried a few so far (veggie and fruit) and I love them all. A few worked wonders (the hangover smoothie especially). I would definitely suggest it.

You want to just look up and learn about what may be a health problem for you or a loved one and follow up with the lifestyle changes as they are suggested in the articles and recipes. The presentation makes everthing look so tempting. My husband gave me a smoothie maker for christmas and my daughter immediately wanted one when she saw it. Now I'm ordering a Smoothie Bible for her as well, as I just can't part with mine! Thanks Pat Crocker!

Pat Crocker is a culinary herbalist and professional home economist. She has written, demonstrated and lectured about herbs and health issues for 25 years. An international award-winning cookbook author, Crocker has written six cookbooks and three herb books.
