A good self development book The first time I heard about this author was by watching a leadership's video posted by Leadership development team at google head office. After watching that video I became interested in his line of work and I borrowed the book called: "the power of full engagement" from the library. I found it quite interesting. And a few weeks ago my wife send me the link to his latest book: the way we are working isn't working! She wanted to read it and I couldn't find any copies in the library so I ordered it online. After it's arrival the book sat on my bookshelf for couple of days until one day I started to browse through the chapters and with out noticing The time suddenly I was in the third chapter. I found the content fascinating for several reasons: 1. It is based on scientific researches. 2. It contains lots of examples which keep's the reader engaged. 3. Each time I read a single chapter I can observe instant self behavioral changes. 4. Last but not the list: at the end of each chapters there are several self assessment questions which kept me even more engaged in reading. The author could have given more examples from professional sports or even athletes that way I could read it day and night. Finally this is one book defiantly worth reading more than once. That is why I even bought the ebook version of it so I can carry it along with me.
