Rated 4 out of 5 by from Vegan-licious! I have only tried one recipe thus far, though I have baked that same recipe on two occasions already. I loved the chocolate chip cookies! I had to play around with the recipe a little but with a little experimentation the second batch was great!. The book has great tips and tricks to 'correct' baking mishaps along the way. I will definitely be baking more from the book.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A-MAZE-ING I regularly bake on Mondays for the people I work with and some of our customers, and having gone vegan I thought this would fade away... NOT TRUE!! This book is filled with amazing recipes that don't require weird and wonderful ingredients, chances are you already have these things. I highly suggest lowering your eco-footprint and increasing your popularity with the sweet-toothes in your life with this book!!
