About the Author

Nava Atlas is the author and illustrator of many books on vegetarian cooking, including Vegetarian Celebrations, The Vegetarian Family Cookbook, The Vegetarian 5-Ingredient Gourmet, and Vegetariana. Her numerous articles have appeared in publications such as  Cooking Light , Vegetarian Times , and Veggie Life . She lives in the Hudson Valley region of New York.
