As we all know, news is everything in stock market. It explains and discuss the concept of "Spinoffs", "Right offering", "Merger", "Bankruptcy", "Restructing", "Recapitalization", "Warrents", which happens around almost every investor. So, the readers should have better chance to win. Not many books have discussed with "Insider Trading", which the author provides in this book.

About the Author

Joel Greenblatt is the founder of the New York-based Gotham Capital, a private investment partnership whose stock portfolio achieved returns of $52 for each $1 invested at its inception, and a former chairman of a Fortune 500 company with more than $1 billion in sales. Greenblatt holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. He lives on Long Island and works in Manhattan.
