  • Frequently Asked Questions


    • How do I apply for a job?
      • From the careers page, click "Search Careers" then select the area of interest (Stores, Home Office, Distribution)
      • Click the "Apply" link from the job list or the "Apply Online" button on the job posting page.
      • Click the "New User" button.
      • Read the Privacy Agreement and if you agree click "I Accept".
      • Enter a user name and password of your choice twice followed by your email address.
      • You will be asked to enter your personal information, resume and answer a set of prescreening questions.
      • Complete the application and on the summary page click "Submit". You will receive a confirmation email indicating your application was submitted successfully.

    • What are the system requirements for submitting an online application?
    • Your computer must meet the following system requirements found here in order to apply for a job at Indigo. If you do not meet the system requirements, you may experience technical difficulties during your application.


    • Do you accept resumes through email, fax or in person?
    • The only way to apply for a job with Indigo is by doing so online. If you are unable to apply online it may be due to technical issues. Click here for more information.


    • How do I receive an alert when jobs of interest to me are posted?
    • If there are no current opportunities listed online that are of interest to you, you can submit a Career Alert profile and select the department/job function you are interested in. When a job is posted in one of your selections you will receive a notification by email.


      • From the careers page, click "Search Careers" then select the area of interest (Stores, Home Office, Distribution).
      • Scroll until you see the beginning of the job list.
      • Click the "Create/Access My Profile" link on the right hand side.
      • Click the "New User" button.
      • Read the Privacy Agreement and if you agree click "I Accept".
      • Enter a user name and password of your choice twice followed by your email address.
      • On the first page enter your information and check off the box next to "Send an email notification whenever a new position matching this profile is posted".
      • Select your employment preferences.
      • Complete the application and on the summary page click "Submit". You will receive a confirmation email indicating your application was submitted successfully.

    • I forgot my login information, how do I retrieve it?
      • From the careers page, click "Search Careers" then select the area of interest (Stores, Home Office, Distribution).
      • Click the "Sign In" link in the top right hand corner of the job list. Click the "Forgot User Name" or "Forgot Password" links and follow the process.

    • Can you provide me with updates as to the status of my application?
    • We are unable to provide ongoing status updates regarding applications. If you received a notification that your application was successfully submitted, you are under consideration. Also, when the position is filled you will be notified via email.


    • I am stuck on the Assessment page, what do I do?
    • Your computer must meet the following system requirements found here in order to apply for a job at Indigo. If you do not meet the system requirements, you may experience technical difficulties during your application.
