Can I cancel an order I just placed online?


Yes, to cancel an order made within 50 minutes of placing the order. Simply follow these steps:


  • Sign-in to your online account by clicking the "Your Account" link in the top right corner of any page, then select "Order History".
  • On the "Order History" page, select the order number you wish to cancel. Then click the "Cancel" button.
  • Once we've successfully processed your request, we'll send you an e-mail verifying your cancellation.
  • iREWARDS memberships and gift certificate orders can not be cancelled.


What if it's been more than 50 minutes since I placed my order?


While we can't guarantee cancellations made after the 50 minute time-frame, your order may not have entered our order processing window, and we may still be able to process your cancellation.


  • Simply follow the steps above, this time clicking "Request Cancellation" instead of "Cancel" on the order detail page. For your convenience, we'll send you an e-mail letting you know whether your order cancellation was successful. It may take 5 business days to confirm your request.
  • To check on the status of your cancellation, simply login to your account and check your "Order History". After 5 business days, you should find an update regarding your cancellation request.


Used and Rare Cancelation Requests


Customers have the option to cancel orders for up to 50 minutes after the order is placed after 50 minutes we are unable to cancel your order


A Final Note:


If your cancellation was not successful, you can always return an item/order for a full refund within 30 days of the date of shipment. See our Returns Policy for details on how to do this.
