What are 'Interests" and how do I get them?

Our preference program is our way of keeping you in the loop about hot new releases, exclusive events, special promotions, great ways to save and more - and it's all sent directly to your email account!

When you created your Online Account, you were given the option of receiving these promotions. If, for some reason, you missed out and would like to start receiving promotions, it's not too late. Here's how to get on the list:

• Sign-in to "Your Account" at the top right of any page.
• Go the Preferences section and select Interests.
• Select which Interest options you prefer.
• Click "update" at the bottom of the page to save your settings and you're done.

You'll now start receiving vital information, great offers and more to make your shopping experience at chapters.indigo.ca even better!

I already get too many emails - how do I stop receiving Promotions?
Most people enjoy learning about all the great things we have to offer through Promotions, but it may not be for everyone. If you're currently on the electronic mailing list and would like to be taken off, simply follow these steps:

• Sign-in to "Your Account" at the top right of any page.
• Go to the Preferences and click the Contact Preferences link.
• Scroll down to the bottom on the page and select Global Opt out option.
• Click "Update" at the bottom of the page.
• Please allow up to one week for the opt out process to completely filter to our systems

Checkout without an Account option

If you have placed an order using this option and have opted in for promotions and no longer wish to receive promotions please contact our customer service team and we will remove your email address from our promotions list.

Remember, when you place an order with us after opting-out of receiving Promotions, you'll still receive your order confirmation emails, as well as emails with shipping and order tracking details.
