A wish list is a great way to share gift ideas for items you'd like for yourself. You can choose from any of the items in our online catalogue, from books and music to videos, DVDs, gifts and more. In fact, it's perfect for holidays, weddings or anniversary parties. Your family and friends can check out the items on your list, and you can see what they want too - it makes buying and getting gifts a breeze!
Creating your own wish list:
To create your own wish list, you'll need an online account. If you don't have an online account, you'll need to create an account. Once you've set up an online account, simply search our website for items you would like to add to your wish list. Then, select the "Add to Wish List" link located on the left side of the item detail page (below the item image).
You can have up to 999 items in your list and you can see up to 50 items per page when viewing your lists..
Accessing your wish list:
To access your wish list on future visits, just click Wish List at the top right corner of each page--you'll be prompted to sign-in to your Indigo Online.
Please note that Wishlists are public and can be viewed by anyone as long they search by email address.
Adding items:
You can add items to your wish list as you browse through the site by clicking the "Add To Wish List" link located on the right side of every product page.
You can add any item found on chapters.indigo.ca to your wish list, except:
- Used, Rare and Out-of-print books
- Other out-of-stock products
- Items without specific release dates
Removing items:
Click the "Remove" link next to the item you would like to remove from your wish list.
Finding a friend's wish list:
You can locate a friend or family member's wish list by searching either by their name or their email address in "Look for someone else Wish List".
If that friend or family member has created a wish list, the results will be displayed on the same page.
How can others purchase items from my Wish List?
Once your friend has selected and item they must click "add to selected to cart" tab." button to transfer the item to their shopping bag.
