I just purchased this DVD and some of the BL cookbooks today. My very first time doing the exercises in Week 1 and I found it challenging but a great workout. LOVE BOB!! Totally keeps you motivated. Coming back to do it again tomorrow. Who knows may even buy the Yoga next!

I really like this DVD as it is customizable with your progress so you don't get bored or beyond it in a couple of weeks. Just add a level when you're ready and go! It's challenging but also motivating and works your whole body. I've been using it for 2 weeks and have already noticed a difference! My only negative is that they don't prepare you prior to the workout to have equipment ready and don't tell you what weights to use. You pretty much have to pick a hand weight on level 1 and decide for next time if that's going to work for you.
The Best workout ever!! WOW

This workout will get you in great shape and make you sweat. It combines upper and lower body and you feel you are really working hard. I love I can do this at home and get results. Just stay motivated and follow the instructions. I'm at boot camp 2 out of 4 and they get harder so be prepared. I can't wait start level 3 tomorrow. Cheers N
Good exercise video

The DVD itself has a ridge near the center circle on the playable side. If you own an older DVD player your machine might not be able to play this disc. I was upset when I got the DVDs and discovered they wouldn't play (the DVD player head gets stuck on it and skips), but thankfully they work on my computer. The exercise video itself is OK. It takes you through different levels of training so you can progresse week after week. My only complaint is that lunges and squats are used excessively in this video so if you have a problem with balance, working with this video might be difficult for you.
What do I need to do this dvd...weights, bands, mat?
