I love this DVD! This DVD contains three different levels of classes that invigorate, heat and heal and challenge the user. The classes feature people of different levels, but all are in incredible shape (no muffin tops here). Bryan always encourages you to do you best but cautions the user not to compare yourself to others and be OK bith where you are. Non-judgemental and encouraging - love it!

This is by far the best yoga dvd out there. I also have tried Baron Baptite's power yoga and found this has a much nicer flow and I like the teaching style of Bryan much better. Don't be fooled, though by the #1 beginner video. This is not for someone who is out of shape or has never done yoga before. Although he is very insistent on telling you to listen to your own body and to do what you can do while remaining calm with deep breath, I think this might be too advanced for the beginner in yoga. I would recommend Ali McGraw's yoga if you are a beginner so you can build up some strength, stamina and flexibility first. I have been doing Bryan's videos for a little over 6 months 5-6 days a week and still find it challenging to do! I know I will use these dvds for a long time. I currently switch between the 1st and 2nd video for a little variation and look forward to doing the 3rd one. (All 3 are included on the DVD). If you want to try them out, check your local library-ours carries them. If you are looking to tone your body this is great! If you also need to shed a few pounds, you will need to add some cardio as well.
