I don't usually write reviews, but after doing this DVD for a few weeks, alternating between my own circuit workout on the "off" days, I have lost inches and pounds. Sometimes I'll do my hour long circuit and then follow it up with this workout if I have time. You work hard, but seriously, it's only a little over 20 minutes...who doesn't have 20 minutes??? There are 3 "Levels" on the DVD and I'm only just toying with Level 2. Still do Level 1 then if I have enough energy, I'll take a peak… + read more
