Just did the level 2 workout, and that alone is worth the money.
The workout was NEW, challenging, and effective. downward dog leg
extensions into lunges (in the warm-up), One-legged burpees +
burpees with supermans, and scissor jump lunges... and that's just
the second level, i haven't even done level 3 yet! Can't wait for
her to kick my ass on the next level :) All you need is a chair, a
pillow for your knees (when you do surrenders), a mat, and weights
(5lbs, 8lbs, and 10lbs) and you will be in the best shape of your
life.
