This is a great DVD for toning all your trouble areas. Its mostly strength training with weights. There are 7, 6 minute circuits to move through, each focusing on specific areas (arms, core, butt and glutes etc). She does about 5 moves in each circuit, doing one move for only about 30 seconds. So you CANT get bored because you are always changing things. This is serious business. My muscles are aching today after doing the full work out. It IS difficult but Jillian makes sure to give you the right boost to keep going when you need it. You can get as little or as much as you want from any workout, and if you really try, she will definitely help you get fit with this one. A great addition to any work out collection.
