This is a great DVD for toning all your trouble areas. Its mostly strength training with weights. There are 7, 6 minute circuits to move through, each focusing on specific areas (arms, core, butt and glutes etc). She does about 5 moves in each circuit, doing one move for only about 30 seconds. So you CANT get bored because you are always changing things. This is serious business. My muscles are aching today after doing the full work out. It IS difficult but Jillian makes sure to give you the right boost to keep going when you need it. You can get as little or as much as you want from any workout, and if you really try, she will definitely help you get fit with this one. A great addition to any work out collection.

This is one of the best Jillian Michaels workout videos I have! This dvd has a 40 min workout that would help tone all the trouble areas such as muffin top, inner thigh fat, arm fat, flat bottom etc. I just worked out with this video yesterday... it will make you sweat a lot! I feel great after the workout and my core is so sore right now. Looking forward to workout with this video again!

Not my favourite workout video because it jumps into it but it's not bad and Jillian is a great trainer!

It's a great way to get rid of that baby weight, my daughter is 10 months old, I'm smaller then before the pregnancy!

This DVD does exactly what it claims! But don't be fooled, the only way you get that body is through HARD WORK and PAIN!! I would warn that this video is not suitable for someone just beginning to work out. Jillian Michaels 30 Days Shred works better for those starting out because it is divided into 3 parts with varying levels of difficulty. No More Trouble Zones is tough and you certainly feel it the next day, but overall a great purchase if you are the kind of person who can workout at home.

I had been going to the gym for over a year, and working out on machines, thinking I'm pretty much in shape. I lasted 15 minutes the first time I tried this workout. You definately know where your problem zones are with this workout. I highly recommend it.
