This is a great workout that combines multiple muscle groups with cardio to burn fat and increase lean muscle mass. I find Jillian a little over-the-top with her promise that anybody can look like her in just 6 weeks, but it is true that with consistent effort and healthier eating, your body will change for the better. I've been working out for years and found it was time to get out of the same ole fitness rut. This video worked for me!
