    Intense But Not Impossible
    This is a great workout that combines multiple muscle groups with cardio to burn fat and increase lean muscle mass. I find Jillian a little over-the-top with her promise that anybody can look like her in just 6 weeks, but it is true that with consistent effort and healthier eating, your body will change for the better. I've been working out for years and found it was time to get out of the same ole fitness rut. This video worked for me!

    Just what I was looking for!!!
    a great , challenging workout- I can notice a difference already after only a week. Jillian really knows what to say to make you want to finish ... even when you feel like stopping. I Love this workout and would reccomend it to anyone . There is alot of stand-up exercises as well as the mat so you aren't just doing a bunch of crunches.
