This DVD is worth every cent. Jillian is an excellent trainer, I've
used many workout DVDs and Jillian beats them all, hands down.
The workouts are 25 min long each, which is perfect for us busier
folk or ones who don't want to kill themselves at the gym for three
hours, it's not too short and not too long, the duration is
perfect.
I am currently still doing the level one workout, I find it
challenging but not too challenging, I'm looking forward to
progressing to the other levels. These workouts WILL make you sweat
and they will make your muscles burn. You will see results in your
endurance and your body very quickly from day one, just like
Jillian says in the intro, I feel a huge difference since I first
started. I love working out now, and even when I'm so tired at the
end of the day, that 25 min with Jillian is not too much to ask of
myself, and it goes by quicker and easier than you would ever
think!
All in all, you can't go wrong with this workout. It's a great
investment for so little money.If you want a simple straight
forward workout that will give you the right amount of challenge
and get you results, then by all means, buy this DVD!
Jillian keeps you motivated and gives you results, and all for a
great price, with just a very small time committment.What more
could you ask for? All you need is an exercise matt and some
handweights. That's it.
