Midnight in Paris is by far one of Woody Allen's best pictures. Because I had knowledge of art history as well as some knowledge of literature, I had a blast recognizing all the artists and writer's that he meets. Even if you don't have that much knowledge of these realms, you'll still enjoy the wit and comedy of the film. The characters are well written and well acted out. The movie has a great and original story line. Time Travel has been very, very overdone over the last few decades and it would have seemed lost it's comedic value, but Midnight in Paris manages to handle it extremely well with it's originality. Really recommend it.
