Rescue Dawn is a great movie, it is good for not relying to much on special effects, and more of the character aspect. Christian Bale is spectacular as Dieter Dengler, he threw himself into the role, and not once during the movie did I see him as Christian Bale, he was Dieter all the way threw. Steve Zahn gives the best performance I have ever seen him do. Truly spectacular. Jeremy Davies also gives a great performance, even though how his character was portrayed falsely as what actually happened, he was great. The true fact is all the actors were great, I didn't see one bad performance. Overall a great movie, showing determination and heart.
