Slumdog Millionaire is a movie which follows the character Jamal, a contestant on an Indian version of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire”. The narrative cuts between past and present, displaying many emotions such as greed, love, hate, and forgiveness. The special effects of the movie felt realistic and the acting was sensational. This movie provided action, which I enjoyed, and kept me entertained throughout the whole movie. Additionally, the movie has a memorable soundtrack, mixing contemporary pop music with Indian influences. It includes strong songs such as “Jai Ho”, the song played during the credits of the film.
