    I must say that despite its flaws and weaknesses I have fallen, hook, line and sinker for True Blood. Season 2 has some pros (Paquin has toned down her portrayal of Sookie) and cons (the Maenad storyline?) but overall it is still fun escapist entertainment that doesn't take itself too seriously. And was anyone else ecstatic when Eric ditched his horrible extensions and got more screen time? Alexander Skarsgard is gold as my favourite scene stealer Eric with deadpan delivery and good looks.

    Completely agree! I just started watching and have devoured season 2.......it did for sure have its flaws (the Maenad was such a SMALL part of the book and became the focal point of S2).......but I ADORE Eric and he was utterly delightful in season 2! Can't wait to see how season 3 progresses!!!!

    Maenad story was drug out to far for sure..I def agree about those terrible extensions!! BLAH.. lol.. I can't wait to see how much more Eric's character wil be in S3
