A comedy about the romantic travails of two neurotic New Yorkers who keep running into each other over a period of thirteen years and form a friendship that gradually evolves into a romance. But it's a rocky road to true love, with plenty of false starts and failed relationships on both sides, before the two of them realize they're made for each other after all.
