    Disappointing Product

    I love Will and Grace, so I was very excited for this box set. Unfortunately, the product I received was defective. Several of the DVDs would freeze as I was watching them and were not watchable. I figured this was a fluke so I ordered a second set but encountered the same problems. I will be returning that set as well.

    I found the same problem with my set. I have waited forever for this set and was so dissapointed when I couldn't watch it, ordered another and had the same problem. Chapters should take this set off line since they have had some problems with it.

    Sadly I had the same experience. Episodes I couldn't complete because of freezing, pixilation of the image, and at one point a season 4 episode broke up part way through and the last half was an episode from season 5. The store happily accepted the return but with a 30 day return policy how do they expect you to verify all 8 seasons are working properly? I'd consider buying another set but I'd have to re-watch the first four seasons to see if they have the same problem before trying to get through the last 8. Plus with the other reviews - I'm not encouraged. Shame..I really wanted to see the whole shebang without waiting for it in reruns.
