This video contains some excellent workouts. However unless you have lots of time to suffer through Rodney's introduction every time you want to undertake a yoga session I suggest finding a video that is more concerned with the exercise than self promotion. I wish I had my money back!!!

I would recommend this to anyone not just athletes. This DVD has helped me to become a stronger, healthier runner and swimmer. Before yoga I was running with a lot of knee pain. Going to physio at 35 dollars a visit twice a week. Now doing the short warm up and cool down before and after my runs has made a big difference. On the day's I don't run I have been doing the strengthing section and it has been great. I'm buying one for my friend that has just started to run. Rodney Yee has a nice relaxing voice that makes it easy to listen to over and over. There are different sections with lots of options.

This video was meant for the athlete but I am 46 years old and not an athlete at all but thoroughly enjoy this. When I have a strenous day at work doing this video makes me feel better. Both mentally and physically. It is easy to follow and has different levels as well. Its worth your time.
