Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ive seen the results! A great read for any vegetarian or vegan or anyone looking to convert to a plant based diet. Great tips on stress reduction and nutrional timing and it even has a few recipes too. A must have for health & vitality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice approach Brendan addresses the greatest health problem in our society in my opinion, stress. He clearly describes how to reduce it by better eating habits. This book is very practical and well worth reading for non-athletes as much as it is also valuable for the athlete and vegans. In my opinion, Brendan is one of only a few who actually addresses the cause of so many illnesses, not trying to just cover up the symptoms. Great book!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy recipes! The recipes are Awesome! I eat the Toasted Apple Cinnamon cereal everyday, I make it once a week and it keeps me going! Complete protein and EFSs make it filling and so nutritious, plus it tastes great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Machiavellian Masterpiece In recent times, I have had the distinct pleasure of meeting and conversing with Brendan S. Brazier. Thus when it came to my attention that he had authored a book about health and wellness, based on a vegan lifestyle, which is a marked rarity in the athletic arena, well, to put it somewhat bluntly, I nearly ran over a group of senior citizens in my automobile as I raced to the nearest bookstore that I could find, in order to obtain a copy of my own. Ah, if only I had known previously about the good folks at 'chapters.indigo.ca' I can only imagine what a herculean task it was for young Brendan to author a book of this magnitude, and let me tell you right now, it far exceeded the already lofty expectations that I had for the book prior to reading it. A herculean task indeed, however, it is immediately evident within the first couple of pages that such a task was no match for Brendan's determination and tenacity, character traits that so typify him, not only on the athletic stage, but now in the world of academia as well. Brendan's knowledge and expertise in field of vegan nutrition, as well as fitness and general wellness as a whole, is quite simply without equal. I implore anyone reading this review to purchase this fine tome, not only for themselves, but for family and friends as well. In a carnivorous society, Brendan is a beacon of light for anyone who is, or has ever considered, taking on a Vegan lifestyle. With this book, as well as his stunning record of successes on the race course, Brendan proves that you really can have your cake and eat it too.....as long as the cake is made from all natural ingredients, free of animal products and refined sugars!!! Again, do yourself a favor and buy this book. I have tried to do it justice in this small review here, yet mere words from an amateur, such as myself, just simply cannot do this brilliant work its due justice. You will have to experience it for yourself, and I encourage you to do so, as I have done!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! Not only is this the best book that I’ve read on vegan nutrition, but also is the best book I’ve read on nutrition and healthy lifestyle period. …and I’ve read a lot! It’s practical, concise and inspiring.
