Rated 5 out of 5 by from An ideal world It's absolutely refreshing and heartening that a US politician has the courage to write such a book. The cover of the book makes it look like it's about the US, but the values that espouses is application to any country. If more of us and our politicians practiced mindfulness on a regular basis, I am sure we would have a healthier and happier country...world.
