My husband teaches cooking at the high school and have tried some of the recipes with his students. The recipes are easy to do and taste wonderful. I highly reccommend Michal Smith's cook books and will be ordering more in the near future.

He is a great chef and his recipes are straight-forward, easy to make and tasty. Recipes that anybody can follow! I also love the way the book is layed out...great pictures.

My only criticism is the binding of the book. I don't believe it is going to stand up to much use without the pages coming apart.
