Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Book I love her blog. I love the phone app. And now I love her book. Everything about it is beautiful. Ella changed it up by having chapters by category (such as grains, fruits, etc.) rather than type of meal, which makes for an interesting read but a bit difficult when trying to find a recipe! I have made only a few recipes from her book so far, but all have been amazing. Her meals are really just hearty comfort food and I find plant-eaters and non-plant-eaters alike love her recipes. My family is not plant-based, but I am and they loved some of her meals as much as I did!
